We partner with major loyalty programs, airlines, hotels, and merchants to make premium travel more accessible to everyone. What You’ll Do: - Handle customer support inquiries related to flight and hotel bookings made through our platform (including changes, cancellations) + Rove Shopping purchases—ensuring proper miles posting and troubleshooting missing rewards. - Liaise directly with airlines, loyalty programs, hotel partners, and suppliers (including GDS or aggregator systems) to resolve booking issues. - Manage escalations involving complex itineraries, miles redemption questions, and travel disruptions. - Educate customers on how to maximize the value of Rove Miles. - Maintain accurate case logs in our CRM and proactively follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with our product and operations teams by surfacing recurring issues and ideas for improving the user experience. What We’re Looking For: - 3+ years of customer support experience at an online travel agency (OTA) or travel company. (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com, Hopper, Priceline, or direct airline/hotel desk experience). - Solid understanding of flight and hotel booking workflows—PNRs, fare rules, and common post-booking issues. - Experience handling multi-channel support (email, chat, phone). - Empathetic and calm under pressure, especially when dealing with disrupted travel plans. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Comfortable with technology—can pick up new platforms quickly.
