REMOTE SALES & OPERATIONS POSITION – LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY Hughes & Sons, an asphalt maintenance company based in Delaware, USA, is looking for a reliable person to join our company as a Remote Sales & Operations Coordinator. We are looking for approximately 20 hours per week to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time/40+ hour position during our busy season beginning around March 15. This is not just a basic virtual assistant position. We are looking for someone who can learn our business and eventually become an important part of running our back-office sales and operations. Responsibilities will include: • Answering and returning customer calls, texts, and messages • Responding quickly to new leads • Preparing estimates using our property-measurement software • Communicating estimates and closing sales • Following up consistently with leads until receiving a yes or no • Following up with previous customers for repeat business • Managing our CRM and sales pipeline • Scheduling sold jobs • Communicating with customers throughout the process • Coordinating schedules with our field crews • Eventually assisting with residential and commercial sales • Additional back-office responsibilities as the position grows No asphalt or sealcoating experience is required. We will train the right person on our services, estimating, pricing, measurement software, CRM, and company processes. We are looking for someone with: • Excellent spoken English • Confidence speaking with U.S. customers on the phone • Sales and closing ability • Strong follow-up skills • Good organization • Reliability • CRM/computer experience • A willingness to learn and grow with the company COMPENSATION Hourly pay based on experience and your current rate. PLUS 0.25% commission on all sales you personally close, including residential and commercial sales. Additional performance and milestone bonuses will also be available. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position and growth with our company, not simply a short-term freelance project.
