Cuddle & Co. Baby is a growing children’s boutique specializing in stylish baby and children’s clothing. We’re building a stronger foundation for our business and looking for a reliable, organized Filipino professional to work directly with our owners. The role will support daily operations, Square order and invoice management, customer messaging, social media content and scheduling, business documentation, SOP development, supplier coordination, and sales tracking. We’re looking for someone proactive, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and comfortable helping a small business improve its systems and grow. Experience with Square, e-commerce, customer service, and social media is highly preferred. This is intended to become a long-term paid position. We are currently stabilizing our operations and cannot fund paid hours immediately. We are gathering candidates for a future paid start; no unpaid work or trial assignments are required.
