We're Oaklane Media, a marketing agency in Sydney. Our clients are growing fast, and frankly, our HubSpot portal is getting messy! We learned about the talent in the Philippines from a client who sources their cold callers there, and we're hoping you can bring order to our CRM chaos. We need a HubSpot VA to own data hygiene, build workflows, and generally keep our HubSpot instance purring. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the details. You'll be working closely with our sales and client success teams, mostly on automation to support their work. Expect to build out sequences, clean up contact properties, and troubleshoot workflow errors. We expect you to be online during Australian Eastern Standard Time business hours but have no problem with you taking breaks as needed. The most important thing is getting the work done well. You'll also need to have stellar written communication skills. There will be a lot of collaboration via Slack, email, and Loom videos. Day-to-day looks like: * Morning check-in on HubSpot health: any errors or stalled workflows? * Responding to internal tickets from the sales team (2-3 per day) * Building 1-2 new automated sequences per week * Cleaning up old data and merging duplicate contacts
Oaklane Media is looking for a sharp graphic designer to join our team, working with direct-to-consumer brands (mostly e-commerce). We're an Australian agency of about 30, and we're growing fast. We discovered the talent pool in the Philippines a couple years ago, and it's been a game-changer for us. This is a part-time role, initially around 20 hours per week, with the potential to grow. You'll be working directly with our creative director on ad campaigns, website assets, and social media content. We need someone who can take a brief and run with it, turning around high-quality designs quickly. Ideally, you're comfortable working Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), but we are pretty flexible as long as we have 3–4 hours of overlap each day. We use Figma daily (so proficiency is a must) and Adobe Creative Suite. Please include a link to your portfolio with your application.
