Real Estate VA — Follow Up Boss

Northwind Logistics is adding a Real Estate VA to our team. We're a small but growing logistics company based in the US, and we're expanding into real estate services. We're excited to tap into the talent pool in the Philippines – we've heard great things. The right person will have experience with Follow Up Boss or a similar CRM, and ideally some familiarity with MLS systems. Your main focus will be supporting our real estate agents with administrative tasks, lead management, and client communication. We expect you to manage around 50 leads per week. Clear written English is important, as you'll be writing emails to clients and updating records. We're looking for someone to work during US business hours (EST timezone, 9am-5pm).
