E-commerce & Startup Virtual Assistant – Activewear Brand

I am starting an Australian women’s activewear brand and I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to help me get the business set up and ready to sell. I am a beginner in e-commerce, so I need someone who can guide me as well as complete tasks. You will help set up and manage Shopify, upload products, organise product information, communicate with manufacturers and suppliers, research fulfilment/3PL options, help organise samples and inventory, assist with website setup, email accounts and basic business systems, and help prepare the brand for launch. You may also assist with social media, Canva, basic content organisation and researching influencers/ambassadors. I want someone proactive who can tell me what needs to be done next rather than waiting for me to give instructions for every task.
