UGC Content Assistant / Junior Creative Strategist

**Remote | Part-Time | Long-Term Potential** I’m a Los Angeles-based content creator looking for a creative, organized assistant to help develop **UGC, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and brand content**. This is NOT a traditional administrative VA position. I need someone who understands short-form content and can take a product, brand brief, website, or messy collection of my ideas and turn it into a clear, shoot-ready creative brief. What You’ll Help With * Research products, brands, competitors, reviews, and customer pain points * Identify strong product selling points and benefits * Develop TikTok/Reels/UGC content concepts * Write scroll-stopping hooks * Draft natural 15–60 second scripts * Create pain point → solution concepts * Create shot lists and B-roll ideas * Turn brand requirements into simple filming instructions * Organize multiple deliverables for the same brand * Help maintain a content calendar and track deadlines * Keep track of revisions, approvals, and completed deliverables * Research current TikTok/Reels trends and content angles * Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to speed up research and brainstorming **without producing generic AI-sounding copy** You Might Be a Great Fit If You: * Have excellent written English * Understand TikTok, Reels and UGC * Know the difference between an ad that sounds like an ad and content people actually want to watch * Can write conversationally * Understand hooks, CTAs, pain points, benefits and storytelling * Are comfortable researching unfamiliar products * Can follow detailed brand requirements * Are extremely organized * Can work independently after receiving direction * Have experience with beauty, skincare, fashion, lifestyle, wellness, home, travel or consumer products * Are comfortable using Google Docs/Sheets and AI tools Experience as a **UGC scriptwriter, social media assistant, copywriter, creative strategist, or TikTok content assistant** is a major plus. *Important* I do use AI in my workflow, and you can too. However, I am **not looking for someone who simply copies a product description into ChatGPT and sends me the output.** I need someone who can think creatively, research, edit, organize information and develop ideas that sound natural for a real creator. Hours & Pay Starting part-time at approximately **$5–$8 USD/hour**, depending on experience and skill. There is potential for more hours and a long-term position if we work well together. I’m looking for someone who can eventually take a brand brief or product and hand me something organized enough that I can open it, grab my phone, and start filming.
