The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English and strong telephone communication skills. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset suitable for professional phone calls. We are seeking someone who is patient, courteous, and comfortable speaking with adults aged 65 and older.
