Founder's Right Hand / Operations Partner

Hi Eugene, I'm Caleb Kelley, founder of Swift Holdings in Tennessee. I'm looking for one person to be my Founder's Right Hand / Operations Partner, and your mix of operations and outreach stands out. Main business: Nashville Royalty Recovery. We audit music catalogs for Nashville songwriters and rights holders and recover uncollected royalties (free 25-song catalog health check, 20% fee only on what we recover). The role: 1. Operations: inbox, calendar, CRM and pipeline tracking, simple SOPs. 2. Outreach: find Nashville songwriters, publishers, and rights holders, and run LinkedIn and email outreach to book free health checks. 3. Light coordination with Tennessee attorneys for an ongoing matter (scheduling and follow-ups only). I'd like to start with a paid trial at $9/hr.
