We are re-launching a newly rebuilt UK emergency locksmith service with a strong focus on online search and paid advertising. Customers contact us because they already need urgent help at anytime of the day therefore you will not be cold calling or chasing leads. We’re looking for a confident, reliable Philippines-based operator to become one of the first members of our remote operations team. Your role will be to answer inbound customer calls, understand the problem, collect the customer’s postcode and details, contact suitable local contractors, obtain availability and pricing, present the final customer quote, close the booking and arrange dispatch. What you’ll do Answer inbound UK customer calls Calm and take control of urgent situations Collect postcode, problem and urgency Contact local locksmith contractors Obtain quotes and arrival times Present customer pricing confidently Handle price objections Close bookings Update our online admin system while on calls Follow jobs through to dispatch/completion The opportunity Strong performers will have the opportunity to move into senior operator, training and team-leader positions as the operation grows. Pay high monthly pay + commission for every completed paid job. Initial role begins with a paid trial/pilot, with the intention of becoming a long-term position for the right person.
