Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from initial demo to implementation. Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities. Conduct sales demos to showcase our services, software, and value proposition. Follow up with leads via calls, texts, emails, and LinkedIn to move them through the sales funnel. Help customers with the onboarding process and resolve technical support issues. Collaborate with sales executives to meet company goals and targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.
