Finance Supervisor in Edsa Munoz Quezon City CPA Salary is open for negotiation Must came from Manufacturing Industry Headcount: 1 Basic Qualifications: -3-5 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing or packaging industry -Proficient in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis with a strong understanding of accounting principles and standards -Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills -Proven ability to manage a team and mentor junior finance professionals -Highly proficient in using financial software and MS Office applications -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field -CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Oversee all aspects of the company's financial accounting and reporting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial statements -Ensure all financial records and transactions are accurate, compliant, and in line with accounting standards and regulations -Prepare detailed financial reports and analysis for management, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making -Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to facilitate audits and tax-related matters -Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities -Support the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and controls This is for DIRECT HIRE!
