About the Role
Requirements
- General Trade Sales Manager for Luzon
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any relevant discipline.
- 6–10 years or more of progressive sales experience within the FMCG industry, including a minimum of 3–5 years leading General Trade/Traditional Trade sales operations.
- Proven ability to drive sales coverage and distribution growth, establish and strengthen distributor partnerships from the ground up, and lead large field sales teams across multiple organizational levels.
- Proficient in Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel and Power BI, to support sales performance monitoring and business decision-making.
- Willing and able to undertake frequent field visits and extensive travel across assigned territories, with travel requirements ranging from 50% to 70% of working time.
