Remote Cold Caller/Closer Sales Challenge – 14 Day Paid Tryout

We are running a short, paid sales challenge to find strong remote cold callers and appointment setters. What this is A 14 day paid tryout. You will make outbound cold calls to businesses, follow a provided script, book appointments, and close or advance deals. Performance is tracked daily. Top performers will be offered ongoing remote roles. Compensation during the challenge - Daily activity stipend (paid for consistent participation) - Individual commissions on every verified closed deal (you keep what you close) - Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place - Top 2–4 performers will be offered permanent remote positions with base + commission What you will do - Make outbound cold calls using provided leads and scripts - Qualify prospects and book appointments - Handle basic objections - Log all activity daily in a simple tracker / CRM - Join a private Discord server for scripts, updates, leaderboard, and support - Work independently while staying responsive and active
