B2B Sales Representative / Closer

About the Role

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English. Proven B2B telephone sales and closing experience. Experience selling to U.S. businesses. Confident speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers. Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills. CRM experience. Reliable high-speed internet, computer, professional headset, and quiet work environment. Must be available to contact businesses during U.S. Central Time business hours.
• Experience selling marketing, advertising, SaaS, CRM, AI, lead-generation, or other business services is preferred. HighLevel/GoHighLevel experience is a plus.
• COMPENSATION: This is a 100% commission position with no salary, hourly wage, base pay, or draw. Market Share Systems provides approximately 100 qualified leads per month.
• One-time commission per successfully sold and onboarded customer:
• Foundation — $200 USD
• Growth — $350 USD
• Market Leader — $600 USD
• There is no recurring commission and no cap on commissions. Commission is paid after successful customer onboarding and initial implementation.
