Company: RDM Tech Position: Full-Stack Web Developer Work Type: Remote Compensation: $1,200/month Responsibilities Build custom web applications for business clients. Develop frontend and backend functionality. Build and maintain APIs. Work with databases and authentication systems. Integrate third-party services. Write clean, maintainable code. Fix bugs and improve application performance. Work with UI/UX designers to implement designs. Collaborate with the Project Manager and other developers. Participate in testing and deployment.

Strong full-stack development experience.
Demonstrated portfolio of real web applications.
Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development.
Experience with databases and APIs.
Knowledge of Git/version control.
Understanding of security and performance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
