Affiliate Outreach & Publisher Recruitment VA

We are looking for a proactive VA to help recruit high-value US health, wellness and lifestyle publishers to our affiliate programme. We are an established at-home health testing business, Check My Body Health, and already have an active US affiliate programme. You will initially work through a focused list of 12 target publishers. Your role is to research each publisher, identify relevant commercial opportunities, find the right contact, carry out personalised outreach, follow up and help get successful publishers recruited and live. Day-to-day work will include: Researching US health, wellness and lifestyle publishers Finding relevant articles where our products could be promoted Identifying competitors already featured by publishers Finding the correct affiliate, partnerships, commercial or editorial contact Finding contact details and LinkedIn profiles Writing and sending personalised outreach Managing follow-ups and responses Helping interested publishers join our affiliate programme Helping get publishers live with correctly tracked affiliate links Identifying additional opportunities from publishers once recruited Maintaining an organised spreadsheet/CRM of prospects, contacts, outreach and results This is not a general admin or data-entry role. We are looking for someone who can identify a genuine commercial opportunity and turn it into a conversation with the right person. If the initial project is successful, this will become an ongoing role involving larger weekly lists of US publishers.
