About the Role

Hammer Group Associates is a New York M&A advisory firm that helps owners of pest control companies (and other small businesses) get ready to sell their businesses. We're looking for one part-time cold caller to start as soon as possible. Your job: - Call owners of U.S. pest control companies from lead lists we give you - Introduce the firm and have a short, professional first conversation - Book introductory meetings between interested owners and our advisors - Log every call and its outcome in an online dashboard we provide - Flag owners who ask for a call back or more information The first project is about 1,000 calls. Calls are made during U.S. business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern), which is evening and night in the Philippines. You'll get our call script and work directly with the firm's partners.

Requirements

Good spoken and written English, clear and natural on the phone
Proven cold calling or telemarketing experience (B2B is a plus)
Your own way to make outbound calls to U.S. numbers (phone, VoIP or dialer), plus a quiet workspace and a good headset
Reliable computer and internet connection
Available part-time during U.S. Eastern business hours (9 AM to 5 PM ET, Monday to Friday)
Handles objections and rejection politely and professionally
Organized: logs every call accurately
