General Trade Manager for Eastern Visayas 3 Headcount Needed • Tacloban City — Leyte • Ormoc City — Leyte • Calbayog City — Samar Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in business operations, sales, finance, or management. Key Skills: • Financial analysis and budgeting • Strategic planning and execution • Decision-making and problem-solving • Customer relationship management • Sales, marketing, and negotiation • Process improvement and innovation • Crisis management and time management Competencies: • Strong, people-focused leadership skills • High integrity, reliability, and sound judgment • Excellent written and verbal communication • Valid driver’s license and proficient driving skills DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee daily Business Center operations, productivity, and overall performance. • Monitor CG, DP, and Sales departments to ensure targets and objectives are met. • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, procedures, and trade regulations. • Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Logistics, DP, Finance, and AHG to resolve concerns and improve operations. • Drive revenue growth, cost control, and profitability. • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards. • Identify and implement process improvements and business initiatives. • Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
