About the Role

* Create professional eBay listing drafts using photos and information I provide * Research appropriate titles, descriptions, item specifics, categories and competitive pricing * Organize and maintain eBay drafts for my review * Help manage my Facebook business page * Schedule/post provided content consistently * Write or polish engaging captions when needed * Respond to basic comments and help encourage engagement * Monitor the page and flag messages/comments that require my personal response * Help keep content organized and consistent * Follow detailed instructions and communicate progress regularly

Requirements

Has strong written English
Has experience with eBay, Facebook/Meta Business Suite, or both
Understands social media engagement — not just posting
Is comfortable using Canva
Can work independently after training
Pays close attention to details
Communicates well and meets deadlines
Is interested in a long-term position and growing with the business
