Teryn AI is looking for motivated appointment setters and cold callers to join our growing sales team on a commission-only basis. Your role is simple: speak with US law firms, introduce Teryn AI, identify genuine interest and book qualified meetings with the right decision-makers. Teryn AI is helping law firms rethink how they approach legal pricing and profitability, supporting fixed-fee firms in protecting their margins while helping billable-hour firms explore a transition toward fixed-fee work. What You’ll Be Doing: • Cold calling US law firms and speaking with relevant decision-makers • Introducing Teryn AI and clearly explaining what we do • Starting conversations around fixed-fee profitability and the future of legal pricing • Identifying firms that could benefit from Teryn AI • Qualifying potential opportunities • Booking qualified meetings into our sales process • Following up with prospects where appropriate • Keeping accurate records of conversations and booked meetings You are not responsible for closing the sale. Your job is to open the door, create genuine interest and book the right firms into qualified meetings. Once the meeting is booked, our sales process takes over and handles the meeting and closing process. Commission Structure: This is a commission-only opportunity with no fixed salary, base salary or guaranteed income. You are paid when a qualified meeting you generate becomes a paying Teryn AI client. Your commission starts at 25% per qualifying sale and can progress up to 40% per qualifying sale based on your performance and the qualified opportunities you generate. Commission Example Our average Teryn AI sale is expected to be around $2,199. For illustration, a $2,199 qualifying sale would represent: • 25% • $549.75 • 30% • $659.70 • 35% • $769.65 • 40% • $879.60 These figures are examples based on a single $2,199 sale and are not a guarantee of sales, income or future earnings. Actual earnings depend on how many qualified meetings you generate and how many of those meetings become paying Teryn AI clients. Referral Programme We want to reward appointment setters who help us build a stronger Teryn AI sales team. If you introduce another appointment setter to Teryn AI and they successfully generate their first qualified sale from a meeting they personally booked, both of you will immediately progress from 25% commission to 30% commission. • You move to 30% commission on qualifying sales generated from the meetings you personally book • The appointment setter you referred also moves to 30% commission on qualifying sales generated from the meetings they personally book Using a $2,199 qualifying sale as an example, 30% commission represents $659.70 per qualifying sale. The referred appointment setter must successfully generate a qualified sale before the increased commission rate takes effect. There is no limit to the number of suitable appointment setters you can refer to Teryn AI. 10% Recurring Commission Your earning opportunity can continue beyond the initial sale. If a law firm you originally introduced to Teryn AI makes another qualifying purchase, you can receive 10% commission on that subsequent qualifying sale. Using a $2,199 qualifying purchase as an example: • 1 qualifying repeat sale • $219.90 • 5 qualifying repeat sales • $1,099.50 • 10 qualifying repeat sales • $2,199.00 Recurring commission is designed to reward appointment setters who continue actively contributing to Teryn AI. To remain eligible, you must remain an active Teryn AI appointment setter and continue generating genuine qualified meetings. Simply remaining registered with Teryn AI without actively contributing will not maintain your recurring commission eligibility. We understand that results naturally vary from week to week, so remaining active does not mean you are expected to generate a sale every week. Eligibility is based on continued genuine activity and contribution, including: • Actively prospecting US law firms • Consistently generating new opportunities • Continuing to book genuine qualified meetings • Remaining engaged with the Teryn AI sales process If you stop actively working with Teryn AI, stop generating qualified meetings for an extended period, or leave the team, you will no longer be eligible for recurring commission on future qualifying purchases. Training & Support No legal background or previous sales experience is required. Who We’re Looking For • Speak clear and confident English • Be comfortable making outbound calls to US businesses • Previous cold calling, appointment setting, B2B sales, lead generation or telesales experience is welcomed but not required • Be confident speaking professionally with senior decision-makers • Be able to handle rejection and keep moving forward • Communicate clearly and naturally • Listen to prospects and identify genuine opportunities • Be willing to learn and take feedback • Be motivated by performance-based earnings • Be organised and manage prospects effectively • Work independently and manage your time • Take responsibility for your results • Stay consistent with your outreach • Be willing to learn, make the calls and improve Who You’ll Be Calling US law firms only. You’ll be contacting law firms across the United States during appropriate US business hours and aiming to speak with relevant decision-makers, including: • Managing Partners • Partners • Firm Owners • Senior professionals involved in pricing and commercial decisions Why Teryn AI?
