About the Role
The role:
Your job is to find potential TikTok LIVE creators, contact them, explain what OG Power offers and help them join our agency.
This is a social media recruitment role, not traditional HR recruitment. You should enjoy talking to people, be comfortable with sales and know how to follow up.
What you’ll do:
* Find potential TikTok LIVE creators on TikTok and other social media platforms.
* Contact creators, start conversations and introduce OG Power.
* Answer questions, follow up and help interested creators sign up.
* Track your activity and results, and work towards weekly and monthly targets.
* Share feedback with the team on what works best.
What we offer:
* Full-time, remote work from anywhere in the Philippines.
* A monthly base salary of $200–350 USD, depending on experience.

Requirements
- What we’re looking for:
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong communication skills and confidence talking to new people.
- Good knowledge of TikTok and social media.
- An interest in sales and reaching targets.
- Good follow-up skills, a proactive attitude and the ability to handle rejection.
- The ability to work independently as part of an international team.
- Experience in sales, lead generation, social media, influencer marketing or recruitment is an advantage, but we’re open to candidates who are willing to learn.

We operate across digital media and entertainment, combining creative production with the management and development of LIVE streaming talent.
