- Qualifications:
- Assertive and capable of handling difficult employee situations.
- Excellent verbal communication and written documentation skills.
- Knowledgeable in employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and labor laws.
- Detail-oriented, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must have HR experience in employee relations
