Requirements
- Business Development and Expansion Specialist in Bacolor Pampanga upto 40k
- HealthCare Industry
- Once a week onsite in Pampanga
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving business growth through the identification, evaluation, and development of new sites and expansion opportunities.
- Conducts market research and competitor analysis to identify potential locations and business opportunities.
- Leads site acquisition and lease negotiations, develops relationships with property owners and business partners, and coordinates the feasibility and establishment of new sites.
- Prepares business proposals and presentations, monitors expansion projects, and provides recommendations to management to support strategic network growth.
- Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field; a Master’s Degree is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in business development strategies.
- Experienced in market research, competitor analysis, site acquisition, and lease negotiations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business analytics tools.
- Healthcare industry or operations experience is preferred but not required.
