Requirements
- 1. Concept and Planning: Defining project goals, budgeting, scheduling, and securing required permits.
- 2. Design and Engineering: Architects and engineers create blueprints, structural calculations, and material specifications.
- 3. Site Preparation: Clearing the land, setting grid lines, and establishing erosion controls.
- 4. Substructure (Foundation): Excavating and building footings, rafts, or deep piles below ground level.
- 5. Superstructure: Erecting the main structural frame using concrete, steel, or timber (columns, beams, and slabs).
- 6. Enclosure and Roofing: Installing exterior walls, windows, doors, and roof assemblies to seal the building from weather.
- 7. MEP Systems: Installing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- 8. Interior and Exterior Finishing: Adding drywall, flooring, painting, fixtures, and landscaping.
- 9. Handover and Inspection: Conducting final safety, code, and quality inspections before official occupation.
