About the Role

All Virtual Staffing places remote VAs with U.S. insurance agencies. We need a Mandarin-speaking Virtual Assistant with Property & Casualty (P&C) experience based in the Philippines. Company: All Virtual Staffing (allvirtualstaffing.com) Location: Remote — Philippines Type: Full-time, remote · 40 hours/week Pay: $6–$8 USD per hour What you’ll do: - Support personal and/or commercial P&C workflows (auto, homeowners, BOP, etc.) - Client follow-ups by email/chat/phone as directed - COIs, endorsements, document collection - Update AMS records (NowCerts, Applied Epic, QQCatalyst, or similar) - Quoting support, renewals, ACORD forms when trained - Clear English with U.S. staff; Mandarin when Chinese-language support is needed

Requirements

Must-haves:
Fluent spoken/written Mandarin (state native/fluent/conversational)
Hands-on P&C experience (auto/HO/commercial CSR, quoting, claims admin, or agency service — NOT health-only)
Strong English; reliable internet; quiet workspace; own computer
Comfortable with U.S. client hours overlap
Philippines-based strongly preferred
Nice to have: U.S. agency experience; AMS (NowCerts/Epic/HawkSoft/AgencyBloc); ACORD/COIs/carrier portals; Spanish.
