I support clients by first understanding what they need and then making sure I provide a clear and helpful solution. I have over 7 years of experience supporting customers in telecommunications, technical support, banking, financial services, and collections. I’ve handled customers through phone, chat, and email, including technical issues, billing and account concerns, payments, and general inquiries. When working remotely, I stay organized, manage my tasks independently, keep communication open with the team, and make sure I follow up on anything that still needs attention.

• Before that, I worked with Citi in collections and account support, and with WOW! in customer and technical support.
• I’ve handled customers through phone, chat, and email, so I’m pretty comfortable dealing with different types of concerns.
• For tools, I’ve worked with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Trello, and I also have familiarity with platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Zoho.
• I usually pick up new systems pretty quickly.
• I’d say one of my biggest achievements is building over 7 years of experience across different industries and becoming comfortable with everything from technical troubleshooting to billing, collections, and difficult customer conversations.
• As for shifts, I’m flexible.
• I’m comfortable working remotely and adjusting to different schedules, including day, mid, or night shifts.
