Camille Bianca Llarinas

About Camille

With almost 10 years of experience in the banking industry, I have developed strong skills in customer service, administrative support, email communication, data accuracy, problem-solving, and client relationship management that I believe can be valuable in a Virtual Assistant role. I started my banking career as a Teller, was promoted to Sales Associate, and currently work as a Bank Officer. In my current role, I regularly assist clients with their inquiries and concerns, respond to emails, process and organize transactions, maintain accurate records, and handle multiple tasks while ensuring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. I am also experienced in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Meet, and Google Email for daily work-related tasks and communication. In addition, I have experience in cross-selling products and services, communicating with different types of clients, and providing solutions based on their needs.
