This includes product listings, inventory updates, purchase orders, transfers, product organization, and customer support through Gorgias. My previous experience as a Purchasing Staff and Inventory Clerk helps me understand how e-commerce businesses work behind the scenes. I’ve worked with real products, suppliers, purchase orders, receiving documents, inventory counts, and stock discrepancies, so I understand how important accuracy is when managing an online store. I’m familiar with Shopify and e-commerce operations, particularly businesses that sell physical products and manage their own inventory. I’m also comfortable learning new tools and adapting to the client’s workflow. When working remotely, I make sure to follow instructions carefully, communicate clearly, double-check my work, and handle tasks independently.
