About Janine

I support clients by communicating with them professionally, understanding their needs, answering their questions, and providing clear information about the products or services being offered. I have experience handling high-volume outbound calls, qualifying leads, following up with potential clients, and building good relationships through effective communication. I always make sure to listen carefully, stay patient, and provide helpful and accurate information. I have experience working with international markets, particularly the U.S. and UAE markets. My experience includes U.S. real estate cold calling, U.S. tax-related and personal cash loan campaigns, as well as UAE corporate tax and Golden Visa campaigns. These roles helped me become comfortable communicating with different types of clients and understanding their needs while qualifying leads based on the campaign requirements.
