About Pablito

I’m a results-driven real estate acquisitions professional with nearly five years of experience working remotely with U.S.-based clients. I specialize in land and residential property acquisitions, cold calling, seller negotiations, lead generation, CRM management, and building strong relationships with property owners. I understand the U.S. market and the importance of consistent follow-ups, effective communication, and moving leads toward successful deals. I’m adaptable, self-motivated, sales-focused, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. I help real estate businesses manage their pipelines, connect with motivated sellers, identify opportunities, and improve daily operations. By hiring me remotely, companies can access experienced support at a competitive cost compared with local U.S. hiring. My goal is to become a dependable team member who takes ownership, delivers results, and helps the business grow and scale.
