I’m Sheila, a Virtual Assistant with experience supporting coaches, authors, therapists, and online business owners since 2019. I help with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a business organized—from administrative tasks and scheduling to website updates, email marketing, automations, digital products, and client support. Before becoming a VA, I spent three years as an HR Assistant and three years as an Assistant Manager in a fast-food restaurant, which gave me a strong foundation in organization, communication, problem-solving, and managing day-to-day operations. I’m someone who enjoys learning new tools and figuring out better ways to get things done. I value long-term working relationships and being a dependable person my clients can trust to take care of the details.

• Roles & Responsibilities: Administrative and operations support, email and calendar management, client communication, scheduling, website updates, newsletters, email marketing, automations, online forms, digital products, research, and general back-end support.
• Tools: Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Voice, Squarespace, SEOSpace, WordPress, Kartra, Sessions Health, Canva, Involve.me, Zoom, Slack,Trello, Notion, Asana and other online business tools.
• I’m also comfortable learning new platforms and systems based on a client’s workflow.
• Previous Experience: 3 years as an HR Assistant and 3 years as an Assistant Manager in a fast-food restaurant, which strengthened my organization, communication, customer service, and team-management skills.
• Achievements: I’ve been able to build long-term client relationships and become someone clients can rely on to handle tasks independently, keep things organized, and make sure important details and deadlines don’t get missed.
• Shift Comfort: I’m most comfortable working Philippines daytime hours, ideally around 9 AM–3 PM, with flexibility for asynchronous work and agreed deadlines.
• I can also attend occasional meetings or communicate with US-based clients when needed, but I’m not available for regular overnight or midnight shifts.
