About Taisho

I support clients by keeping their work organized, moving, and properly followed through. My background is mainly in legal support, where I’ve worked across family law, personal injury, legal research, case management, intake, billing, and general legal administration. I’m used to handling client communication, coordinating with third parties, managing documents and records, and making sure important details or deadlines don’t fall through the cracks. Most of my experience has been supporting US-based law firms, along with working with international teams remotely. I’ve also worked in multi-location operations and procurement, which gave me experience managing vendors, coordinating across different teams, tracking performance, and improving workflows. I’ve been working remotely for years, so I’m comfortable managing my own workload without needing constant supervision. I communicate clearly, keep people updated, and raise issues early when something needs attention. I tend to be very process-oriented, but I’m also comfortable figuring things out independently when there isn’t already a process in place. The way I work is pretty straightforward: understand what needs to get done, stay organized, communicate when it matters, and follow things through until they’re actually finished.
