Creative Property Management

Atmosphere

We are a London-based, Filipino owned creative spaces company providing affordable studios and workspaces for artists, musicians, designers and other creative professionals. We manage multiple creative spaces and take care of the day-to-day operations, including enquiries, viewings, contracts, tenant communication, rent administration, maintenance and coordinating contractors when needed. We are a small, independent team with a friendly and informal working environment. We’re looking to work with Filipino talent because of the strong reputation for excellent English communication, professionalism, reliability and experience working remotely with international businesses.
