We're Pulse Labs, a SaaS company helping product teams build better user experiences. We're looking for a part-time Graphic Designer to help us create high-converting ad creatives. We've had great success hiring Filipino talent in the past (thanks, OnlineJobs.ph!), and are excited to expand the team. Pay is $5–13/hour USD, depending on experience. You'll work directly with our Head of Marketing to concept and execute designs. This is a fast-moving role: you need to be able to turn around assets quickly, usually within 24-48 hours. We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience specifically designing ads for a DTC or SaaS company. Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency are a must. Since we are based in the US, we expect someone who can work during US Pacific Time business hours. To be successful, you’ll need a strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives for social media and other digital channels.
We need a HubSpot Workflow Specialist to own our marketing automation. Pulse Labs is a B2B SaaS company in the user research space - sounds boring, but the software is cool. We found some great talent in the Philippines, so we're extending our team. We need someone who lives and breathes HubSpot workflows. You'll be auditing our current setup and building new automated campaigns. Data hygiene is a must — garbage in, garbage out, right? You'll also be building reports to measure campaign effectiveness. Day to day looks like: * Building/optimizing HubSpot workflows * Cleaning up messy contact data * A/B testing email campaigns * Reporting on key marketing metrics * Jumping on occasional calls with the US team in PST hours. We're looking for someone with 3+ years of HubSpot experience and multiple HubSpot certifications. The pay range is $6-$12/hour USD, depending on experience. Full-time role.
