Shopify Plus VA — Part-Time

We're Pulse Labs, a SaaS company helping eCommerce brands improve their customer experience. We're looking for a part-time Shopify VA to help our clients with day-to-day tasks. We've had great success with Filipino VAs, finding out about the talent pool through online communities, so we're expanding our team. This role involves order management, product updates, basic email marketing tasks in Klaviyo, and customer service via Gorgias. You will be working directly with our clients, so strong written English is a must. We need someone available during US business hours (Eastern Time). What a typical day looks like: * Handle 20–30 customer service tickets in Gorgias. * Update product listings in Shopify. * Fulfill basic email marketing requests (creating segments, proofreading campaigns). * Monitor Shopify store performance and report issues.
