Every registered WorkFil talent has a unique /r/{code} invite link in their dashboard. Signup is free and takes 2 minutes. No fees, ever.

Share your link + create original TikTok content

Invite qualified Filipino VAs via Messenger, FB groups, Viber. Post at least 3 original TikTok videos where you appear on camera and explain the platform honestly. Tag #WorkFilCommunity.

Friends complete their profile to count

Only referrals where the friend uploads a CV, fills out their profile, and logs in twice are counted. Blocks burner accounts and keeps the leaderboard honest.

We verify + pay out at season close

On May 31, 2026 we audit every submission, verify TikTok views, and pay ambassadors based on a published tier schedule. No surprises, no hidden conditions.

Compensation schedule

Tiers are fixed in advance. Final standings are determined by verified referrals during the season window plus the TikTok work requirement.
