What this program is (and is not)
WorkFil is a newly launched platform connecting international employers with Filipino virtual assistants, bookkeepers, and BPO professionals. In our first weeks, employer demand has outpaced our talent supply — so we're sharing a portion of our launch marketing budget with Filipino ambassadors who help us bring more qualified talent onto the platform.
What this is: a structured work-for-pay program. Ambassadors create original TikTok content and bring verified referrals to WorkFil. Top contributors are compensated at the end of the season according to a published tier schedule (below).
What this is not: a lottery, a giveaway, or a random prize draw. Nobody is asked to pay anything to participate. Nobody is asked to share banking details, IDs, or OTPs to "claim" a reward. Winners are determined entirely by verified referrals + the TikTok work requirement — not by a selection committee or anything subjective.
Who we are
WorkFil is operated out of the Bay Area. The platform, the ambassador program, and all payouts are run by the WorkFil team directly — there is no third-party agency or sponsor. The team maintains the platform at workfil.com, the talent directory at workfil.com/talents, and the employer community at workfil.com/companies — all of which you can browse without signing up.
If you ever receive a message about this program from an account that is not @workfil.com on TikTok or an email that doesn't end in @workfil.com, it is not us. Report it to contest@workfil.com.
Eligibility
- You must be a registered WorkFil talent with a Philippines-based profile (location = any PH city or region).
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- One entry per person. Duplicate accounts disqualify all accounts owned by the same person.
- WorkFil team members, contractors, and their direct relatives are not eligible for cash prizes.
Contest window
- Starts: contest launch date posted on /contest.
- Ends: May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
- Only referrals verified inside this window count toward ranking.
How to enter
- Sign up at WorkFil and complete your talent profile.
- Share your personal invite link (found in your talent dashboard).
- Submit your TikTok videos via the Contest Entry form in your dashboard.
Ranking rule
Your rank is determined by the number of verified referrals during the contest window. A referral is "verified" when the friend you invited signs up using your link, completes their profile (profile score ≥ 60, which means uploaded CV, filled bio, added skills), and logs in on at least two different days.
TikTok video requirements (for cash-prize eligibility)
To win any of the top-10 cash prizes, you must submit at least 3 TikTok videos that meet ALL of the following:
- Original — you appear on camera, you speak the content. No reposts, no stock voiceovers.
- Say the word "WorkFil" clearly and place your invite link in the video bio or caption.
- Tagged #WorkFilCommunity.
- Combined views across all submitted videos ≥ 10,000 at the time of contest close.
- Each video remains public for 30 days after contest end (for verification).
Runner-up (#4–#10) and Top 50 (#11–#50) tiers may qualify with fewer videos at the admin team's discretion — but cash prizes only go to talents who meet the full video requirement.
Content usage
By submitting a TikTok video, you grant WorkFil a non-exclusive royalty-free license to repost your video on our own social channels (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts) for marketing purposes for 12 months after contest end. We will always credit you. You retain ownership of the video.
Prizes
- #1: $5,000 USD (≈ ₱280,000) + "Community Ambassador" title + 12-month Featured homepage placement.
- #2: $2,000 USD (≈ ₱112,000) + "Champion Connector" title + 6-month Featured placement.
- #3: $1,000 USD (≈ ₱56,000) + "Elite Connector" title + 3-month Featured placement.
- #4–#10: $100 USD (≈ ₱5,600) each + Runner-up title + 30-day Featured placement.
- #11–#50: "Top 50 Connector" permanent badge + 14-day Featured placement (no cash prize).
Payment
Compensation is paid in USD via Wise, PayPal, or GCash — your choice. GCash transfers are deposited in Philippine pesos at the prevailing interbank rate on payout day (roughly ₱56 per USD at the time of writing). You must provide a valid payment account within 30 days of the season-close announcement. Unclaimed compensation after 60 days is forfeit and redistributed to the next eligible ambassador.
You will never be asked to pay a fee, deposit, or tax to receive your payout.If anyone contacts you claiming you need to pay to "unlock" or "verify" your reward, it is a scam impersonating us. Forward it to contest@workfil.com.
How we audit the results
At season close, our team runs an automated audit over the entire referral database to flag suspected abuse: burner-email domains, repeat IP addresses, unusual signup timing, disposable phone numbers, and low-quality profile data. Any ambassador flagged is reviewed manually. Legitimate contributors are contacted and asked to provide their payout details. The audit methodology and the final tier ranking are both documented in a public recap post we publish within 7 days of season close.
TikTok view counts are re-verified the day after season close by our team pulling current public view counts from each submitted video URL. Videos deleted or made private before verification do not count toward the combined-views threshold.
Prohibited behavior (results in immediate disqualification)
- Fake signups using burner email addresses, bot accounts, or paid traffic.
- Buying TikTok views or using view-inflation services.
- Posting your invite link on sites that require registration to view (cloaked links).
- Harassing, spamming, or misleading people about WorkFil to get signups.
- Submitting videos not originally created by you.
Final determination
WorkFil reserves the right to audit submissions and disqualify any participant whose activity appears fraudulent or violates these rules. Final rankings and prize decisions are made by the WorkFil team and are non-negotiable.
Changes
We may update these rules during the contest to address abuse patterns. Any change will be announced via email to all registered participants and posted on this page.
