About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to support an urgent care center with medical charting and documentation. This role involves reviewing provider shorthand or brief notes and converting them into clear, complete clinical documentation for patient records and insurance purposes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in eClinicalWorks (ECW), understand medical terminology, and be able to accurately navigate and update electronic health records.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or in a similar healthcare administrative role
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of medical terminology
- Experience reviewing provider notes and creating detailed clinical documentation
- Comfortable navigating electronic health records and updating patient charts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written English and documentation skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage documentation in a timely manner
