Sales Representative

About the Role

Contact and close inbound leads by phone Schedule customers for our field service teams Present our solar cleaning, bird proofing, maintenance, and related services to homeowners and business owners Follow up with existing customers and identify relevant service opportunities Generate reports from completed field services and recommend appropriate upsell opportunities Consistently follow up with leads and move opportunities toward a decision Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity in our CRM Maintain an organized pipeline of active opportunities

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of sales experience
Phone-based sales experience preferred
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Comfortable speaking with U.S. homeowners and business owners
Confident handling objections and following up consistently
Comfortable using a CRM daily
Organized enough to manage multiple active leads without constant supervision
Reliable high-speed internet
Quiet and professional workspace for customer calls
Coachable, accountable, and motivated by performance-based compensation
