The Opportunity
We're building a client acquisition operation. Right now, we need someone who can reach prospects, start conversations, and keep the pipeline flowing so I can focus on closing and serving clients.
You'll be the first point of contact. Your job is to generate qualified conversations and move them toward a call. As the business grows, your responsibilities will expand based on what makes sense operationally. This could mean deeper sales operations work, team management, or other areas—we'll build it together as we go.
This is structured work with clear metrics and a clear growth path.

The Work
Your core job: reach prospects and start conversations.
You'll spend most of your time on outreach: finding people who fit what we're looking for, crafting personalized messages, and following up to book calls. You'll track everything that happens so we know what's working.
As we grow, your responsibilities may expand into pipeline management, CRM organization, scheduling coordination, and other operational areas based on business needs.
This is structured work. It's measurable. It's not complicated, but it requires discipline and consistency.

You're organized. You can track 50+ conversations simultaneously and follow up without dropping balls.
You communicate clearly. You can write professional, personalized messages. You understand how to reach someone in a way that gets a response.
You're coachable and adaptable. You're willing to learn new systems as the role grows. You're not looking for a rigid job description that never changes.
You're self directed. Given a process and clear expectations, you execute without needing constant supervision.
You're honest. If something isn't working, you say so. If you don't understand something, you ask.

What We Offer
Compensation and Structure:
- Trial period (Weeks 1-2): $50 per week, flexible part time hours
- Full time (Week 3 onward): $100 per week, 8 AM-5 PM Pacific, Monday-Friday
- You're paid for all work during the trial period

How the Trial Works:
During weeks 1 and 2, we'll test whether your execution style matches what we need. You'll execute our outreach playbook and prove you can hit quality and consistency metrics.
