About the Role

✅ Answer incoming phone calls ✅ Reply to customer inquiries via text, email, Facebook & Instagram ✅ Schedule estimates and jobs ✅ Enter customer information into Housecall Pro CRM ✅ Follow up with leads and help convert them into booked appointments ✅ Create and publish social media posts on Facebook and Instagram ✅ Provide light marketing support and keep our social media active

Requirements

✔ Excellent spoken and written English
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Confident on the phone
✔ Organized and detail-oriented
✔ Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
✔ Computer/laptop required
✔ Experience with CRM, customer support, or social media is a plus (training provided)
📍 Remote Position – Philippines
🕘 Full-Time (40 hours/week)
