About the Role
We’re looking for someone with strong experience in the low-voltage industry to handle incoming customer inquiries and provide knowledgeable support.
This is not a general customer service position. The right person must have previous experience in the low-voltage industry and be knowledgeable enough to understand customer questions, discuss products and services, gather the right information, and properly assist or route each inquiry.

Requirements
- Previous experience working in the low-voltage industry is required
- Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, products, and terminology
- Experience handling customer inquiries by phone and email
- Able to understand customer needs and ask the right questions
- Comfortable discussing technical products and services with customers
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Professional and confident when speaking with customers
- Organized and able to properly document and follow up on inquiries
- Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented
