Outbound Lead Generation Co-ordinator (Trial to Full-Time) - Unify Brand Partners (Branding Agency, SF)

This is NOT a VA data-entry role. You own pipeline from scrape to booked meeting. Day-to-Day : 1) Scrape leads per our ICP (Apollo / Seamless.ai) - we give you exact filters, sources, and qualification framework 2) Cold call US prospects (80-120 dials/day) - book qualified meetings directly on our closer's calendar link 3) Qualify for Need + Budget ($10k+ branding budget, 2+ years in business, decision-maker) - our closer vets, you get paid $15 after vetting 4) Follow-up until show: Call + email + text cadence till they attend 5) Daily Slack updates : Leads scraped, dials, connects, booked meetings * Trial Model (This filters 90%) : 4-day work window to book 2-3 qualified meetings (meetings can show AFTER the 4 days) * Tools (dialer + scraper) on you in trial. K * We provide: ICP, where to find leads, qualification questions, script, calendar link, Slack training Target: 2-3 qualified in 4 days = move to base After Trial: Base $400-$600/mo + $15 per qualified + 2.5-3% commission if your lead closes.
