Assistant Brand Manager in Ermita Manila Must came from FMCG Proven experience developing brand identities from concept to launch. Job Summary The Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for assigned brands, ensuring timely implementation of initiatives and evaluating performance against established KPIs. The role also monitors brand performance, identifies opportunities for improvement, and gathers market, trade, customer, and consumer insights to support brand growth. Key Responsibilities -Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with brand and business objectives. -Manage brand campaigns and evaluate performance against KPIs. -Monitor brand performance and recommend improvements or adjustments to marketing plans. -Conduct market research and gather trade and consumer insights through field visits and customer interactions. -Manage the brand budget in coordination with Finance. -Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of Brand Plans. Qualifications -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. -At least 4 years of experience in brand management. -Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. -Ability to translate market and consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
