Freelance Recruiters Needed – Multiple Professional Fields
We are looking for proactive and resourceful freelance recruiters to help identify, source, and shortlist qualified professionals across various fields.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scout for suitable freelancers across different freelancing websites and professional platforms.
* Review candidates’ skills, qualifications, and experience to identify the best matches.
* Communicate with potential candidates and shortlist suitable applicants for the company.
Positions to Recruit:
* Spanish-Speaking Virtual Assistants
* German-Speaking Virtual Assistants
* Accountants / Payroll Specialists based in Germany, the United States, and Mexico, with experience in payroll administration, salary calculations, and employee payment processing.
Candidates should have strong research, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Requirements
- Requirements – Freelance Recruiter
- Proven ability to source and identify qualified freelancers across multiple freelancing platforms.
- Strong online research and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
- Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other professional recruitment networks.
- Ability to communicate with candidates and maintain organized recruitment records.
- Good time-management skills and the ability to meet recruitment deadlines.
- Previous recruitment or talent-sourcing experience is an advantage, but motivated beginners with strong research skills are welcome.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must provide a shortlist of suitable candidates with their relevant skills, experience, and contact details obtained with their consent.
- Target Roles: Spanish-speaking virtual assistants, German-speaking virtual assistants, and accountants/payroll specialists based in Germany, the United States, and Mexico.
- Work Arrangement: Remote / Freelance.
