Job Description We are looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative support and help manage business operations efficiently. Main Responsibilities * Manage emails, schedule appointments, and organise calendars. * Perform data entry, online research, and document preparation. * Organise digital files and maintain accurate records. * Assist with daily administrative tasks and follow up on assignments. * Communicate with team members and provide regular progress updates.and more Tools Required * Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive). * Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). * WhatsApp, Zoom,telegram or Microsoft Teams. * Trello or other task-management tools. Team Collaboration The freelancer will work remotely, receive tasks from a designated manager, communicate through agreed platforms, and submit completed work within specified deadlines.
