About the Role
Requirements
- Hours & pay
- 8–12 hours/week to start, with room to grow if results are strong
- Available during 9:00am–5:00pm US Mountain Time, Mon–Fri (confirm this works in your timezone before applying)
- Consistent daily calling (roughly 2 hours/day), not one large block
- $7/hr + commission
- Requirements
- Fluent, clear spoken English, neutral accent
- Prior outbound / cold-calling experience (B2B preferred) — please list your average dials/day in a past role
- Comfortable with a power dialer, VoIP, and logging call outcomes (dispositions) in a CRM
- Laptop (not phone or tablet) running Google Chrome
- Wired headset with mic
- Reliable high-speed internet and a backup for power or internet — this role can't go dark mid-shift
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace (no background noise on calls)
- Coachable — we're particular about delivery and will ask you to adjust tone, pacing, and script; you're comfortable being directed and corrected
- Resilient — you can take a hard "no" or a hangup and reset fast for the next call
- Compliance (required)
- Willing to follow US telemarketing rules: identify yourself and the company within the first 30 seconds of every call, respect Do-Not-Call lists, and only call within permitted local hours
- Comfortable with calls being recorded for coaching and quality
