Role Overview
We're seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to help redefine the future of work for companies worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, managing content, engaging with online communities, and analyzing performance metrics. This is a fully remote position.
What You'll Do
- Create and schedule social media posts; design visuals or coordinate with designers.
- Respond to DMs and comments to maintain community engagement.
- Monitor social media metrics and report on basic performance.
- Assist in small ad campaigns on social media.
- Plan social media content strategy and align it with marketing goals.
- Manage influencer collaborations and campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media touchpoints.
- Report to leadership on social performance and its impact on business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field or professional certification in marketing or business-related courses.
- 2+ years of experience in social media or 1-2 years in digital marketing.
- Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledgeable in layouts, typography, print, and web design.
- Able to work on a graveyard shift.
