E-commerce Customer Support

💰 Salary: USD $600–$900/month 🏠 Work Setup: 100% Remote 🌎 Market: US / North America 🌙 Schedule: Fixed Night Shift (10:00 PM–7:00 AM Philippine Time, including a 1.5-hour break) 🛋 Industry: Premium Furniture & Lighting E-commerce What you'll do: • Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone • Answer product, pricing, shipping, and order questions • Recommend products and follow up with potential customers • Help convert inquiries into sales • Follow up on orders, shipments, and deliveries • Handle after-sales concerns and customer issues What we're looking for: • Fluent spoken and written English • Customer service, e-commerce, or sales experience • Comfortable communicating with US customers • Sales-oriented and customer-focused • Able to work a long-term fixed US night shift • Shopify / DTC e-commerce experience is a plus
